The day we found Jim Evans Kennel was truly our lucky day. Fifteen (15) years ago we were referred to the kennel by our veterinary, Crago Veterinary, when we lost the kennel we were using, because it went out of business. Our dogs are like our children and we were concerned about their care when we travel. Having four (4) dogs over 65 lbs each prevented us from traveling with them. Jim Evans made us feel comfortable about leaving the “girls” with him. The environment (kennel) was very clean and well kept.
Upon our return, our girls were very happy and did not lose weight from being homesick. In addition, we soon discovered Jim’s training classes and enrolled two (2) of our young dobes.
We enjoyed the classes and learned how to train our girls to be happier, well behaved dogs. Since that first class, we have trained at least 6 more dogs at Jim Evans Obedience Classes. We enthusiastically recommend the kennel and the training classes to anyone. We have been to a number of kennels in the last 25 years, and this one is definitely the best.
